Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Operator Stack is operated by LumiShop LLC, doing business as The Operator Stack, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: andrej@theoperatorstack.io. By purchasing or using anything from TheOperatorStack.io you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

Our products ("Machines") are digital files: AI skill packs, documents, templates, and guides delivered by email after purchase. Nothing physical ships. You need your own AI subscription (such as a paid Claude plan or OpenAI Codex) to run them; those subscriptions are separate products from separate companies, and we don't control their pricing, availability, or behavior. Manny and the Operator Club are different. Manny is a web application and the Club is a membership, both sold monthly or yearly, and covered in sections 10 and 11.

3. Your license

One purchase is one license, for one person or one business. You may install a Machine on your own devices and accounts, and use it for your own business or for client work you personally perform. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or otherwise pass the files to anyone else, whether free or paid. If you run an agency and want the Machines used by multiple team members, each seat needs its own license. We can revoke the license of any buyer who redistributes the files, without refund.

4. Pricing

Prices are stated in US dollars. Machines are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Manny and the Operator Club are the subscriptions on this site (sections 10 and 11). Founding prices may change by an explicit pricing decision; the price you pay is locked at purchase and includes future updates to the Machine you bought. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. If you are buying for a business, you can add its legal name and tax ID. Where reverse charge applies to a qualifying business purchase, the invoice identifies that treatment.

5. Refunds

A Machine bought on its own carries a 14-day refund policy. An add-on bought with it is final sale. An order containing two or more Machines, including the Full Stack bundle, is final sale and carries no refund window; which rule applies is stated on the payment screen before you pay. Full details, including the fair-use conditions (one refund request per customer across the store, whether or not it was approved, the output you made with it sent with the request, no refunds where files were redistributed), are in the Refund Policy. Delivery begins immediately after payment. Depending on where you live, mandatory rights may apply to digital content. Nothing in these terms waives a right unless applicable law permits the waiver and any consent or acknowledgement required by that law was properly obtained. Manny and the Operator Club have their own refund terms, in sections 10 and 11.

6. Results

The Machines are working systems, and we describe what they do accurately. But marketing results depend on your product, your market, your budget, and your execution. Revenue and ad-spend figures cited on this site describe the founder's own businesses, where these systems are used daily; they are not a promise of what you will earn. The same goes for the Operator Club's monthly ad accounts email, Skill Packs and workshops, which describe what's working in the founder's own ad accounts. Nothing on this site is business, financial, or legal advice.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the output: the claims in your ads, compliance with the ad platforms you run on, and the laws that apply to your business and market. The Machines include claim-checking tools designed to help with this, but final responsibility for what you publish is yours.

8. Intellectual property

Original Operator Stack text, code, templates, packaging, brand assets, and site content are owned by or licensed to LumiShop LLC. A Machine may also include public-domain, open-source, or third-party material governed by its own terms. Your purchase grants the license in Section 3; it does not transfer our intellectual property. As between you and LumiShop LLC, and to the extent we have rights to grant, we claim no ownership of the ads, copy, briefs, or other output you create by running a Machine on your own business. Your AI provider's terms and applicable law may also affect rights in that output.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you hold under the consumer law of your country that cannot lawfully be excluded; where such rights apply, these terms operate alongside them, and our remedies are offered in addition to them, not instead of them.

10. Manny subscription

Who it's for. Manny is offered to businesses, and to people buying it for use in their business.

The trial. A founding seat starts with a three-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. When you start, you choose to pay monthly, $297 a month, or yearly, $2,970 a year. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged that amount when the trial ends, and your subscription renews at the same price every month or every year until you cancel. The free trial is for first-time members. If you've had a Manny subscription before, checkout won't start a new one. Email us and we'll set it up for you. If you're new to Manny but a card you've paid us with before was on an earlier Manny subscription, your subscription starts without the trial and is charged on the day you start it.

What the trial includes. The trial comes with a smaller amount of AI work than a paid month, and only the account owner can use it. Manny shows you how much is left. If you use it up before the trial ends, you can start your paid plan early, which ends the trial and charges you that day, or wait until the trial ends. Starting early always asks you to confirm the amount first.

Free access. Sometimes we give someone free access to Manny, for example to test it before it opens. Free access needs no card, nothing is charged, and there's no trial that turns into a subscription. We pay for the AI it uses. We can end free access at any time, and we'll email you before we do. When it ends, you can still sign in and export your work, as our Privacy Policy explains. Everything else in these terms applies to free access too.

The founding rate. Your founding price stays your price for as long as your subscription stays active. If you come back after a paid subscription ends, you pay the price in effect then; today that's $497 a month or $4,970 a year. You keep your founding price if you cancel and then ask us to keep your plan before your access ends, if a payment fails and you pay it by the date we give you, if we've agreed in writing to hold it for you, or if a billing error on our side ended your subscription. If you cancel during the free trial, before any payment, you can join later at the founding price without a new trial, while founding seats are open.

Included AI work. Your subscription includes a monthly amount of AI work, on the yearly plan too. Manny tells you when most of it is used. If it runs out, new work waits until it renews, and nothing is charged on top of your plan.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account. If you cancel during the trial, you aren't charged, and you keep access until the trial ends. After the trial, cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month or year you've already paid for. When your access ends, you can still sign in and export your work for 30 days, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Yearly renewals. If you pay yearly, we email you before each renewal with the date, the amount and how to cancel.

Refunds. Subscription payments aren't refunded if you change your mind, including for part of a month or a year. The free trial is how you decide before you pay, and the same applies if you start your paid plan early. We correct billing errors and duplicate charges. If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a right to withdraw within 14 days of the day you sign up. If you use it, we refund your payment, minus the share that covers the paid days you've already used. As in section 9, this doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country that can't lawfully be excluded.

Files you earn. If your subscription reaches a second paid month, you earn a license under section 3 to the Machines and add-ons you don't already own. On the monthly plan, that's when your second monthly payment goes through. On the yearly plan, it's right after your first yearly payment goes through, as long as that payment hasn't been disputed or refunded. They stay yours if you cancel later.

11. The Operator Club

Who it's for. The Operator Club is a membership for businesses, and for people buying it for use in their business. You can join monthly or yearly.

What's in it. While your membership is active, you get Manny, with a monthly amount of included work (below); live workshops with Andrej every second Sunday, recorded; a new Skill Pack on the 15th of every month, as files you download: the skills, playbook, templates and prompts for one marketing job, and a worked example; Cheat Codes, The Script Vault and The Winners Folder, as files you download; an email from Andrej on the 1st of every month about what's working in his own ad accounts; email straight to Andrej, answered by him within 24 hours; and the Machines and add-ons you don't already own, once you've earned them (below).

How access opens. On the monthly plan, the Club opens to you in steps. Manny opens within 24 hours of joining. Cheat Codes open the next day, the latest Skill Pack on day 2, The Script Vault on day 5 and The Winners Folder on day 10. The workshops start with the next live workshop. The Machines and add-ons you don't own open the day after your second monthly payment goes through (below). After that, each month's ad accounts email lands on the 1st and each new Skill Pack opens on the 15th. On the yearly plan, all of it opens the day you join, and each new Skill Pack and ad accounts email opens as it lands. Whatever has opened for you stays yours, under the license in section 3, even after your membership ends.

The founding price. The first 100 members pay $197 a month, or $1,773 a year. We count a member when their first payment goes through. From the 101st member, the Club is $297 a month or $2,673 a year. Your founding price stays your price for as long as your membership stays active. You keep it if you cancel and then ask us to keep your plan before your access ends, if a payment fails and you pay it by the date we give you, if we've agreed in writing to hold it for you, or if a billing error on our side ended your membership.

Paying and renewing. There's no free trial. You pay for your first month or year the day you join. Your membership renews at the same price, on the same date, every month or every year until you cancel, and we charge the card you joined with. You agree to those charges once, at checkout. If a payment fails, we try again. If it's still unpaid after that, your membership ends.

The yearly plan. The yearly plan is paid up front and costs nine months for twelve. Everything in the Club opens to you on the day you pay, so the yearly plan is final. We email you before each yearly renewal with the date, the amount and how to cancel.

Manny inside the Club. Your membership includes a monthly amount of work from Manny, on the yearly plan too, sized for the month's Skill Pack and the pieces around it. If it runs out, new work waits until it renews, and nothing is charged on top of your membership. Unused work doesn't carry over to the next month. Manny doesn't make videos, build pages or post to your ad accounts yet. You export what he writes and publish it yourself.

The workshops. They run every second Sunday, and they alternate: one is set for the US and UK, at 16:00 London time, the next for the UK and Australia, at 09:00 London time. You can send one piece for each workshop by the Friday before, at 17:00 London time. Andrej goes through as many pieces as fit in the time, so yours may not be one of them. Every workshop is recorded, and the recording, with the prompts used, goes to every member within a day. If a workshop has to move, we tell members at least 7 days before, and the new date counts as that workshop.

Your pieces and the recordings. When you send a piece for a workshop, you agree that it can be shown and talked through live and in the recording sent to every member. Don't send anything you can't share with other members, such as customer data, logins, or a client's work without their OK. Tell us what to hide when you send it, like your business name, a client's name or your numbers, and we'll hide it. Your camera and microphone can stay off. If you turn them on, you'll be in the recording. Recordings are for members only, so please don't share or publish them.

The Skill Packs, the packs and the ad accounts email. The Skill Packs and the packs are files under the license in section 3, for you or your business only, and the same goes for what's in the ad accounts email. You get the latest Skill Pack when it opens for you, and each new one while you're a member. Skill Packs released before that one aren't included.

Email to Andrej. Members can email Andrej at andrej@theoperatorstack.io. He reads and answers it himself within 24 hours of it arriving. It's for questions about your own marketing and the Club. It isn't done-for-you work, and nothing in it is legal, financial or tax advice.

Machines you earn. You earn a license under section 3 to the Machines and add-ons you don't already own. On the monthly plan, that's the day after your second monthly payment goes through. On the yearly plan, it's right after your first yearly payment goes through. A payment you dispute with your bank ends that license. Otherwise they stay yours if you cancel later.

Cancelling. Cancel any time by email, with no call needed: write to andrej@theoperatorstack.io from the address you joined with, or reply to any Club email. We confirm by email and stop the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for, including anything that opens for you before then. After that, everything that opened for you stays yours: the Skill Packs, the packs and any Machines you've earned. You can still sign in to Manny and export your work for 30 days, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Coming back. If you come back after your membership has ended, you pay the full price in effect then, even while founding places are open. Today that's $297 a month or $2,673 a year.

No refunds. Club payments aren't refunded, monthly or yearly, including for part of a month or a year. Everything in the Club opens to you as soon as it lands, and a download can't be taken back. Yearly members get all of it on day one, so the year is final. We correct billing errors and duplicate charges. As in section 9, this doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country that can't lawfully be excluded.

Changes to the Club. We add to the Club over time. If we ever take a part out, or change the price of a full-price plan, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. A founding price doesn't change while your membership stays active.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes apply to future purchases, not retroactively. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
