Refund Policy

The short version

Every Machine bought on its own has a 14-day refund window, and claiming it takes one email. We built these to be used, so the refund is for a Machine you have properly used, and your request has to include what it made. Subject to the fair-use rules below, if you used it properly and it doesn't do the job you bought it to do, tell us. I'll fix it myself, and if it still falls short, we refund the purchase.

Two exceptions, and both are final sale: the Full Stack bundle, and any order that contains more than one Machine. Each has its own section below, and the same fact is stated on every surface that sells it, before you pay.

Manny works differently. It's a subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free three-day trial, and after the trial, payments aren't refunded if you change your mind. It has its own section below.

The Operator Club is a membership with no trial and no refunds, and it has its own section below.

How it works

• The window is 14 days from purchase.
• Properly used means you ran it on one real job for your business.
• Email andrej@theoperatorstack.io from the address you bought with, name the product, tell us what you ran it on and what fell short compared with what you were shipping before, and attach what it made. The output itself, as a file, a screenshot or pasted into the email. A request without it is incomplete, and we will ask for it before anything else.
• Blank out anything private. A screenshot with names and numbers covered works, or run it once on a made-up business and send that.
• If you did that and the work doesn't beat what you were shipping before, I'll redo it myself first, usually the same day and always within 24 hours. If my version still doesn't beat what you had, or you'd rather not wait for it, the refund goes through.
• On the Offer Machine, "what you had" can be nothing yet: if you don't come out with an offer you'd sell, that counts the same way.
• If you haven't run a real job yet, email us anyway and we'll help you get one done first. The 14 days keep running while you do it, so ask early.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
• A refund ends your license for that product, and we expect the files to be deleted.

Orders with more than one Machine

An order that contains two or more Machines is a bundle, and bundles are final sale: no refund window applies to it under this store policy. That covers the multi-Machine baskets built on the homepage as well as the Full Stack. The reason is the same in both cases: a bundle is priced below the Machines bought one at a time, and the lower price is what the refund window pays for.

The single-Machine route is always open, and it is the one to take if you want to test the work first. Buy one Machine, keep its full 14-day window, run it on something real. You can add the next one whenever you like, and what you have already paid still counts toward the Full Stack.

The Full Stack bundle

The Full Stack (all six Machines and the Research Machine bonus in one purchase, with or without the Toolbelt add-on) is sold as a final-sale bundle: no refund window applies to it under this store policy. This is deliberate. The bundle is $95 below buying all six Machines separately; the tradeoff is that it carries no refund window. It exists for buyers who already know they want the whole department.

If you would rather test the work before committing, that path is built in: every Machine in the bundle can be bought individually with the full 14-day window. Buy one, run it on something real, and complete the Stack afterwards.

If a Machine you already bought counts toward your Stack price, its own refund ends when you buy the Stack. The Stack price is lower because that Machine is counted in it.

Add-ons are final sale. The refund covers the Machine. An add-on bought with it (the Conversion Layout Kit, the Funnel Architect, the Send Files, the Kill/Scale Engine, or the Signal Kit) is final sale and stays with you if the Machine is refunded. An add-on never counts as a second Machine. The Toolbelt, bought only with the Full Stack, is part of the final-sale bundle.

Manny, the subscription

Manny starts with a free three-day trial, and a card is required to start it. After the trial, payments aren't refunded if you change your mind, including for part of a month or a year. That's what the three free days are for, so use them on real work.

Cancel any time from your account. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged. After the trial, cancelling stops your next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Once you've paid, cancelling also ends your founding price, unless you ask us to keep your plan before your access ends. Coming back later costs the price in effect then; today that's $497 a month or $4,970 a year.

If we charge you by mistake, or twice, email us and we fix it. If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK and you withdraw within 14 days of the day you sign up, we refund your payment minus the share for the paid days you've used.

The 14-day window and the one-request rule on this page are for the Machines. Manny's full subscription terms are in section 10 of the Terms, and the Club's are in section 11.

The Operator Club

The Operator Club is a membership, monthly or yearly, and you pay the day you join. There's no free trial.

No refunds. Club payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or a year. Everything in the Club opens to you as soon as it lands, from Manny to the Skill Packs, the packs and the recordings, and a download can't be taken back. Yearly members get all of it on day one, so the year is final.

Cancel any time by email to andrej@theoperatorstack.io, or reply to any Club email. Cancelling stops your next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Everything that opened for you stays yours: the Skill Packs, the packs and any Machines you've earned.

What we don't do

No partial refunds on a Machine, no store credit games, no forms. It's a yes or a no within a couple of business days, and if you meet this policy, it's a yes.

The fine print that keeps this fair

These are digital files delivered instantly, so a small set of rules protects the honest majority:

These store-policy limits apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this page limits a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

• One refund request per customer, across the store. Asking for a refund on any order uses up your one request. Anything you buy afterwards is final under this store policy, whether or not that first request was approved. Buy-download-refund is not a rhythm we fund.
• Every request includes one thing you made with it. Real users have plenty to choose from. It's how we tell "tried it, wasn't for me" from "downloaded it, kept it".
• Sharing kills the store-policy claim. If the files were redistributed, resold, or passed around, the purchase is not eligible under this store policy and the license may be revoked under the Terms.
• Talk to us before your bank. Email us and refunds are fast and human. If you file a chargeback, it proceeds through your bank's formal dispute process, where we may submit delivery records, our correspondence, any proof of use you supplied, and these terms.
• A previously refunded product can't be rebought for a second store-policy refund. Repurchases of a refunded product are final under this store policy.
